QUALIFICATIONS;
– MUST BE GRADUATE OF ANY 4 YEARS COURSE.
– WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
– MUST HAVE STRONG PERSONALITY AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED
– NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
JOB DESCRIPTION:- ANSWERS , SERVES AND ROUTES OUTSIDE CALLS AND TRANSFER CALLS TO THE REQUESTED PARTY IN ORDER TO ENSURE PROPER AND PROMPT COMMUNICATION
– MONITORS FIX AND LONG DISTANCE CALLS , PROVIDING LOGBOOKS TO RECORD THE CALLS AS EITHER BUSINESS OR PERSONAL ( IN ORDER TO CHARGE OR NOT)
– SORTS AND DISTRIBUTES MAIL, UPDATES TELEPHONE DIRECTORY
– PERFORMS CLERICAL AND HUMAN RESOURCE DUTIES , SUCH AS TIMEKEEPING , ISSUING AND FILING OF MEMOS TO TEAMMATES , UPDATING OF 201 FILES.
– ASSISTS IN ORGANIZING HUMAN RESOURCE AND COMPANY PROGRAMS OR ACTIVITIES , TRAINING AND SEMINARS OF TEAM MATES.
– MAINTAINS TELEPHONE HANDLING REPORT AND VALIDATES PHONE BILLS.
– MAINTAINS LOGBOOK FOR GAS P.O AND AND MEDICINE SUPPLIES
– PERFORM OTHER DUTIES REQUIRED OF THE JOB
