Rotational Document control assistant
Large oil and Gas company is looking for Rotational Document control assistant.
Location – remote sites (Arkutun-Dagi; Orlan; Odoptu), the position will be rotational for different sites (2 sites per rotations)
Shifts – 28/28
Job description:
Provide general document management support for Operating sites and YPO office.Maintenance of Controlled sets on sites (hard / soft copies)Support in review of site DFO packagesReceipt / distribution of contractor’s documentsSupport YPO office in redlines / final updates receipt / scanning / releaseRequirements:
3 years of relevant experiencefluent English
