Responsible for the following section in accounting:

Bank transaction in local and foreign currencies (including transactions into accounting system regarding bank credits, loans and interests for them)
Cash transaction (include advance payment, salary payment)
Organization of filling for petty cash documents
Employee expense reporting
Reporting information about current activities of rep-office to HQ
Preparation of report about cash and bank transaction for Rep-office
Compilations of sales book for VAT
Timely and correct record of business transactions in accounting based on primary documents
Review of submitted primary documents to ensure compliance with Russian legislation and the Employers local regulations and rules
Preparation of accounting documents and letters
Registration of inventory purchase, issue, of dispatch notes
Calculation of inventory cost, cost of goods sold

The Ideal Candidate

The Ideal Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position, be fluent in English.
The Ideal Candidate should have an extensive knowledge of Russian Accounting & Tax Legislation and equally of RAS. He/she should be computer literate and have thorough knowledge of 1C system.
The ideal Candidate should have ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. He/she should be a hard-working, result-motivated person, loyal to the company.
