Finance controller

TRE ROLE:
Financial, management and international reporting on timely and accurate basis;
Assessing, establishing, implementing and monitoring internal controls & processes;
Working with department managers to assess, propose and prepare suitable financial/key indicator reports to help them and the company efficiently manage these departments;
Designing processes and procedures to efficiently and accurately track data required for financial reporting;
Effectively communicating internal controls and policies;
Assessing the cash needs of the company;
Ensuring corporate policies are adhered to.

THE CANDIDATE:
MUST BE READY TO RELOCATE IN NIZNEVARTOVSK.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant work experience.Strong financial skills, good communicator, familiarity with large accounting software, strong IT skills.
The person must speak fluent English.
