The internationally successful apparel company with representative offices in more than 30 countries worldwide is looking for a Finance Manager Russia

The Position

Leading the financial strategy whilst developing and driving the business development strategy and identifying commercial opportunities in Russia

· Budget planning, forecasting and budget&cost control;
· Internal Control System management;
· Finance and Business Processes leading;
· Russian accounting and taxation principles observance, SOX compliance;
· Cost accounting management;
· Corporate, regional and local external and internal reporting;
· BPO functions implementation;
· Tax Authority Public Relations;
· Audit support and coordination;
· Legal issues coordination;
· Corporate and local legal compliance implementation;
· Participation and support of adhoc and special projects;
· Supervising of local financial staff;
· Reporting to Regional Financial Controller.

The Person

Excellent communication and presentation skills, you will have held management roles in financial and management accounting teams, working well within a culture that promotes teamwork
· Relevant finance background;
· Experience with international company, with apparel company is a plus;
· Solid people management skills;
· Fluency in English.
