Process & Technology Consultant
Projects related to formulation of business problem resolution and attainment of innovative changes for the client
Global consolidated management implementation, strengthening of internal controls, integrated support post-M&A, support for international accounting standards, etc.
The job content (and role) of the Process and Technology consultant in the stated projects is to make an immediate contribution that is valuable to the client through one's business and technological expertise, and to consider and determine both the future mid- and long-term orientation.
Project example
Global consolidated management actualization support (manufacturing Industry)
Global standardization support of business process, construction support of information management of global integration infrastructure
Assistance (all types) for internal control (J-SOX/SOX)
General support of life cycle (planning / construction / trial / evaluation) of internal control, standardization support for efficiency of operations, etc.
M&A post-merger integration support (finance and other service industries)
Operations / system integration support post-M&A (Domestic / Overseas), PMO operations in integrated projects, etc.
Application of IT solutions in large-scale projects: from process / staff / organization innovations to its support (all industry sectors)
Conceptual design of overall architecture, PMO operations, actualization
Customer information infrastructure support for the improvement of customer service / efficiency of operations (finance industry)
BPR of accounting operations that will actualize account settlement acceleration and implementation of supporting IT solution (All industry sectors)
IT governance audit and construction support (manufacturing industry)
Fundamental conceptualization of global human resource system and its actualization (manufacturing industry)

Desired requirements, experience and qualifications
A person who can resolve business issues of the client, and is willing to engage at consulting that will bring about sustainable innovation for the client (Global consolidated management implementation, strengthening of internal controls, integrated support post-M&A, support for international accounting standards, etc.)
A person who is keen on demonstrating his/her knowledge in business and technology and contributing value to the client based on know-how in the aforementioned consulting projects.

Experience
Experience in strategic business planning, business reform, management and policy making in any area of company operations
In addition to work experience in the industry, experience in involvement in information systems implementation projects and business innovation (BPR) projects in related areas.

Process (BPR, BPM, etc.) consulting experience in consulting firms, systems integrators and other IT-related companies. Experience in the planning and design conceptualization phase of information systems implementation projects; experience in project operations and management.

Work experience in the entire industry, experience in involvement in information systems implementation projects and business innovation (BPR) projects in related areas.

Work experience in the entire (or even partial) IT life cycl(planning, design conceptualization, development, transition, operations support) in consulting firms, systems integrators and other IT-related companies; experience in project operations and management.

You must be fluent in Japanese.
