Working in engagement teams at an appropriate level, deliver project requirements and ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded; senior applicants will be able to demonstrate experience of leading and motivating large teams on simultaneous engagementsContribute to the growth of the forensic services practice through the development of new markets, opportunities and servicesBuild personal networks of contacts within the firm, with intermediaries and with clients to support further development of the businessFurther develop existing specialist knowledge and expertise in a key forensic service.Manage and control billing and debt collection on assignmentsExperience and skills requirements:
An accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIPFA)Relevant industry experience of investigative and/or other forensic work (public or private sector), and the ability to apply that experience to other situationsStrong accounting knowledge and understanding as a significant proportion of forensic work relates to investigation of accounting transactions, disclosures and the way transactions got reflected in the financial statementsSoft skills
A team player, comfortable working alongside other professionals of all gradesConfident, professional, logical and analyticalAccurate under pressure and flexible in approachWilling to travel regularly to client sites, possibly abroadAble to speak with clarity and conviction in business presentationsAble to prepare concise and engaging written work, delivering messages with impactStrong communication skills. Able to conduct meaningful interviews/conversations with various levels of clients employeesAble to summarize and conclude on the information obtainedRussian and English languages – good level (spoken, written)
