Johnson&Johnson Consumer segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, wound care and women’s health care fields, as well as nutritional and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, and wellness and prevention platforms.

Key responsibilities:

- Regular updates operational sales forecast based on historical sales, planned promo and other events;
- Plays a key role in S&OP process to ensure forecast completeness and accuracy via coordination with sales, trade marketing, brand marketing and financial departments;
- Drives communication within S&OP cycle, aimed to collect valid assumptions, prepare sales history analysis and financial implication of changes;
- Drives communication with Regional Supply Planning team to ensure product availability via optimized inventory management;
- Supports new product launches from Supply Chain side;
- Supports continuous improvement projects within S&OP process
- Regular reporting deck
- Data maintanence in APO DP & SKU Categorization update
- KA events planning (forecast)

Qualifications

- Higher education (technical or economics is preferable)
- Minimum experience in demand planning 3-4 year
- Combination of strong analytical and communication skills
- Experienced user of MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook (must); SAP, SAP APO, BW, BO (as a plus)
- Position requires frequent communication in English
- Team player, initiative pusher, able to lead meetings / discussions, curious, positive attitude to challenge

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or higher
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Fluent in Russian (especially in technical language)
• Preferably a Russian passport holder

Experience
Ideally at least 3 years experience in:
• Maintenance planning within an MRO or Airline environment
• Handling maintenance program of any type of aircraft
• Compiling maintenance work packages
• Ideally had experience in the business jet market

Competencies
• PC literate (Microsoft office)
• Sound decision maker under pressure
• Highly motivated and self disciplined
• Team player and able to integrate into a multi cultural working environment

The Maintenace Planner main resposibilites will be:
• Administration of the Work Order (WO) register
Review of the operator’s aircraft maintenance program before scheduled maintenance visits
• Establishing Work Order (WO) and issue work packages for aircraft and component maintenance
• Establishing work reports, log book entries and Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) statements
• Assisting the dedicated project coordinators to ensure congruency of the work documents with all work that has been accomplished
• Cross checking that the required documentation is properly completed and signed
• Administration of the respective aircraft records and consolidation of the completed work orders for invoicing.
