They now wish to strengthen the senior management team with two new appointments in Store Operations and Merchandising at Director level.Ideally we are seeking a Head of Merchandising or Merchandising Manager who is ready to step up into their first Board-level appointment. Someone who has a fantastic track record and extensive experience in shaping and implementing strategy, delivering a product offer that exceeds customers' expectations, and achieves sales and profit targets.Previous international experience is desirable and you will possess the intellectual and mental strength to deal with ambiguity, immature management structures and have exceptional interpersonal skills in order to overcome any cultural issues you may encounter.
