Senior manager with Corporate Finance Group (M&A)
The setting and the responsibilities:
PwC Russia’s M&A Lead Advisory practice was established in October 2006. Since then, we closed a number of transactions, expanded the team significantly and positioned ourselves in the mid-market deal space heads-on with the major competition. Given the strong growth of the practice as well as ambitious plans as to our envisioned positioning in the market place within the next few years, we are looking to recruit an additional senior M&A Lead Advisory resource, who will be responsible for both origination as well as deal execution.
Education, experience and skills required:
Higher education (Russian or equivalent) in Economics/Finance5+ years of corporate finance experience with an investment bank, consultancy or in industrySolid knowledge of Russia local marketExperience in managing the full lifecycle of M&A projects – starting from preparing sales documentation, financial modelling, marketing of the opportunity to potential buyers, deal structuring, negotiations and deal closingTrack record of successfully delivered projectsGood high level understanding of other transaction areas – legal, tax, due diligenceExperience in managing multifunctional teams during the projectUnderstanding of various types of transactions, such as private equity deal and trade saleTrack record in origination of workExperience in several industries preferred, however strong experience in one particular industry is considered as wellRussian – native/fluent, English – fluentSoft skills:
