The creation of this new role reflects the fact that the region in question has grown sufficiently to stand along in its own right. Considerable potential exists for further growth.
The Role:
Deliver top line growth in parallel with driving forward bottom line performance.
Head the strategic planning process for the region and take ownership of the business plan.
Engender a philosophy of total commitment and personal responsibility from within the local team.
Play an active role as a key member of the company’s senior executive group.
The Candidate:
Graduate calibre, Russian speaking commercial executive with a track record of success in delivering sales growth and managing the P&L within this region.
Understanding of distributor and direct channels to market. Sector experience desirable but not essential.
Energetic and mobile, is able to play the role of ambassador in furthering the penetration of product sales into the region.
Articulate, intelligent and commercially astute.
