Wireline Professionals (including niche Russian Speaking Roles) - Russia
We have been assigned to recruit a new team of Wireline Supervisors to work on a staff (permanent) basis for an internationally acclaimed Oil & Gas service company, we have live positions globally within Wireline however we are especially interested in hearing from Russian speaking expats, or internationally seasoned nationals with a background including similar positions for global operator/service clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Supervision of all day-to-day Onshore and Offshore wireline work on related wells.
Discuss work programmes issued by Sr. Wireline Supervisor and execute such programmes after a careful planning.
Monitor the jobs continuously by on-site participation and appraise supervisor on their progress continuously.
Involved in redressing/servicing and testing of a large variety of wireline tools and equipment and ensures that such items are in top working order.
Troubleshooting various wireline problems after having an interaction with the supervisor.
Due to inherent hazards involved in the jobs, executes the jobs by following stringent safety regulations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
BSc in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline plus relevant technical courses
At least 6 years experience in oil field well services practices related to wireline and well completion/testing activity in sweet/sour oil and high pressure gas wells with an oil company of repute.
At least 2 years experience should be as independent Wireline Supervisor
Applicants without the required educational background may be considered if they have substantial international Oil & Gas expertise.
