Account Director - Sales Promotion, Russia

Role:
Russia and the surrounding regions are increasingly important territories within the sales promotion field, and in recognition of this our client is seeking to expand their network with an office in Moscow.

You should be fully conversant in all aspects of promotional marketing and corporate merchandise, from the processes involved to how they're incorporated into larger integrated campaigns. Crucial too, is knowledge of how to sell these projects to big businesses. You should operate at least at Account Director level, with fluency in Russian and English.

With a first class track record in this field, supplemented by testimonials from some of the world's largest brands, you will be tasked with building up a pipeline of business within this territory and hiring staff to suit.

Remuneration:
In return, you will be given a good basic salary (income tax in Russia is 13%!) and a highly rewarding bonus based on your sales. With headcount growth, this has the potential to deliver a 6 figure salary and a rewarding career. A full benefits package is also provided.

An exceptional opportunity for either a native Russian or someone with Russian language, keen to operate in Moscow. Applicants must have worked for an agency/agencies operating within this field.

£40,000 - £45,000 + significant bonus + benefits (OTE £80,000 - £100,000)
