Account manager

Job in Kharkov. Stella Systems opens a vacancy of account manager.

Required skills and experience:

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.Microsoft Office (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).Highly analytical and detailed-oriented.Excellent team and interpersonal skills.Outstanding problem solving and organizational skills.Flexibility and adaptability.Bachelor's Degree.


Desirable skills and experience:

Project planning and system development lifecycle.Knowledge in project management methods, processes, standards, and tools.Initial knowledge in Data Bases (SQL).


Responsibilities:

Web Application Customization Requirements gathering and analyzing.Creation of tasks schedule for engineers and QAs.Tracking progress of tasks implementation and supervision of verification.Arranging work with other departments and problem solving.Participating in meetings and conference calls.Working with documentation.

Training young specialists and certification (working with databases, software testing, paid professional training, English language courses.
