Fluent English speaking experienced and pro active couple required for family residence in a rural country side location, close to the city of St Petersburg. The principals work in the city each day and the 3 children, eldest son at home, youngest studying in London and a daughter who lives off the property are delightful employers. The couple are required to be highly organised and have previous experience of working within a team, caring for high net worth households or a 5 star hotel background.
The main house is four bedrooms, with a guest house of 2 bedrooms, and a separate spa area needs to be kept to immaculate standards. The housekeeper will work with another housekeeper and will include all general housekeeping duties. Ideally the housekeeper will have excellent laundry skills and be able to take care of the principals wardrobes, pack and unpack.
The House manager/butler will be required to manage all the staff at the residence, which comprises 3 housekeepers, one handyman, and 3 security personnel who work on a rota. You will co-ordinate rotas and liaise with the principals personal assistant and office personnel regards their travel commitments and itineraries.
The principals cook mainly for themselves but do require assistance in the kitchen, ideally the butler or the housekeeper will be comfortable to prepare light simple dishes on the odd occasion. The butler will also carry out all the usual front of house duties, which will include formal table service, provisioning and stock control.
A car is provided and some errands, shopping duties will be required, only one of the couple need drive. The couple must be animal friendly as the family have a dog ( Labrador) and a cat.
Although this is the principals main residence the family do travel frequently, it is expected that when the family are in residence the working hours will be longer and when they are away extra time off will be taken.
Salary is negotiable. Self contained apartment and use of the car.
Russian language is not necessary to this vacancy, but stamina and adjusting to cold winters is essential. Visas will be processed via the client`s office for the successful applicants. Current staff highly recommends.

The prospective candidate is expected to deliver credit risk measurement solution to the banks and other financial institutions through engagements and practice development. Prospective candidates are expected to

• coordinate with clients to identify their credit risk management needs in light of the Basel II requirements or general Best Practice Applications and gather information and understand client organization and processes

• document the applications and business process and methodology requirements, document and present the rating model and processes

• Contribute to the credit risk modeling process using statistical and econometric analysis techniques

Requirements:

• BA degree from a well known university’s Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics departments (Masters degree in business, finance or a quantitative field is preferred)

• Previous financial services sector or regulatory experience of at least 3 years with quantitative analysis capability

• Experience in credit risk management, analysis and/or loan review processes

Children are interested in other cultures, that's why we invite volonteers who want to participate in cultural exchange!

If there are people who like to play games, communicate with children 10-16 years old, if they want to spent New year celebration with russian traditions - so they are welcome!

Duration: 12 days from 28.12.11 till 08.01.12.
Accomondation: warm building,one room for volonteers.The bathroom is on the floor, not in every room.
Volonteers wake up with children at 9 a.m. and go to sleep at 11 p.m. so they spend whole day in different activities.

Currently we are looking for the teachers to record 10-20 video pod cast. This video is a part weekly online lesson which is based on different thematic topics. Example:

After recording a video, you send us video + tape script to the video. Each video is paid 10 usd.

- Stays current and involved in collecting conditions of the project relative to resources (people and optionally funding/cost), schedule (time), and features (the solution and its quality) as specified by the established project protocol. - Collects, reviews and publishes project status with regard to resources (people and optionally funding/cost), schedule (time), stakeholder management, and features (the solution and its quality) that influence project performance and completion.

- Follows the principles of the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), the Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) and the current Services methodology (MSDM) in project delivery

QUALIFICATIONS

- BA or Master’s degree

- 5-8 years of related experience

Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is looking for a Country Director to head our activities in the North Caucasus, Russian Federation.

Background

During the last decade, DRC has assisted people affected by the many conflicts in the North Caucasus region. The work has included distribution of food aid, reconstruction of houses and infrastructure, support to self-reliance and local economic development as well as social activities for women, children and youth and conflict-affected communities.

As one of the largest actors of humanitarian assistance in the region, DRC once provided more than 300.000 recipients with emergency food aid on a monthly basis. Today, as the situation has stabilised and people are returning to more normal life conditions, DRC continues its efforts to assist the conflict-affected communities and populations in restoring life and rebuild their communities. DRC continues to be an important player for humanitarian assistance in the region.

Duties

The Country Director will have the overall responsibility for the management, programming, implementation, fundraising and continued development of DRC’s programme. The Country Director represents DRC in-country before authorities and ensures the necessary link and representation of DRC before the in-country international donor community. The Country Director reports to DRC’s HQ in Copenhagen.

In addition, the Country Director has the following responsibilities:

Management  

Overall management of the operation and direct manager for staff members. This includes coaching, ensuring co-ordination between managers, recruiting, and development of staff.

Programme development

Be a driving force for the development of DRC programmes within the DRC programme objectives.

Finance and administration

The CSO (Customer Satisfaction Opportunity) process is a closed loop process that begins and ends with the Customer.
