Position Overview:
The Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for all initiatives and daily tasks associated with loss prevention and safety management as directed by Loss Prevention Manager to ensure the safety and well being of all employees and company assets at UNIQLO.

Responsibilities:
Ensure full knowledge of and exemplify LP/safety policy, procedure and standards.Train store employees on loss prevention policy and procedure and ensure compliance.Train store employees on safety policy and procedure and ensure compliance.Detect and capture shoplifters according to company protocol.Monitor potential employee theft suspicions. Partner with Loss Prevention Manager to address concerns.Prepare incident reports, accident reports and investigative reports according to company guidelines.Assist management in the investigation of employee policy & procedure violations.Communicate and support all initiatives surrounding shortage reduction including, but not limited to audits, inventory counts, etc.Offer recommendations and solutions to potential loss/safety concerns.Ensure complete confidentiality with regard to current and past investigations and outcomes.Special projects as assigned.Respond to alarm calls as needed and required in order to resolve all issues causing them.Qualifications:

Position Summary and Responsibilities Under the direction of the Truck Shop Supervisor, the Mechanic is responsible for the general mechanical maintenance of Haul Trucks, graders/dozers, water trucks, and loaders while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect Kinross’ values.

Essential Functions

1. Obey all MSHA and RMGC safety rules.
2. Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems on heavy equipment.
3. Make repairs in a timely fashion in order to get the job done and reduce downtime.
4. Order parts accurately, and complete all necessary paperwork involved.
5. Works with Maintenance Personnel to repair mining equipment with the least amount of machinery downtime possible to effectively repair the equipment.
6. Accurately troubleshoot all mechanical problems on machinery and parts to be repaired.
7. Interpret data output on VIMS system of CAT equipment.
8. Performs all work assigned to him in a safe, well managed, manner, and assures that the area is safe for mechanics and other employees to work.
9. Returns well-documented, and accurately completed work orders in a timely manner.
10. Keeps in active communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and other crews to coordinate work and provide updates on work in progress.
11. Compliance with all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to safety, environmental, confidentiality and code of conduct.
12. Meets or exceeds established performance expectations set by management.
13. Consistently exercises discretion and judgment in job performance.
14. Works without risk or harm to self and others.
15. Punctuality and regular attendance required.
16. Helps develop other department personnel to perform duties listed above.
17. Performs other related functions as assigned by supervisor.

Desired Skills and Qualifications 1. Should have strong mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of all machinery under his/her maintenance.
2. Able to read and understand hydrological and electrical schematics.
3. Be familiar with engine and powertrain design and function.
4. Must have a working knowledge of all tools and equipment necessary to work in the Maintenance department.
5. Must be proficient on the JDE system.
6. Must be able to solve problems effectively in a variety of areas, including mechanical issues.
7. Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
8. Ability to perform basic welding and cutting.
9. Ability to operate various equipment including forklifts and service trucks.
10. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
11. Diesel Technician’s Degree preferred.
12. Must currently be an ALPM Tech 4 or equivalent experience.
13. 5 years diesel repair experience is required.
14. Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
15. General understanding of mining operations, as well as limited understanding of milling and maintenance operations.
16. Working knowledge and skill with P.C. utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
17. Strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
18. Ability to work independently and also as a member of the management team.
19. Demonstrates strong administrative, organizational and technical writing skills.
20. Must be 18 years old and presently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis.
21. Requires valid driver’s license.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of After Sales functions related to the research and resolution of claims. Experience in the carpet/flooring industry a plus. Ensuring that regular follow up and review meetings are carried out with Sales/ Marketing and aligned with those of the Emerging Markets Service Manager.To be responsible for meeting and or escalating deviance to agreed Key performance Indicators aligned to the Strategy and Business Plan.Ensure decisions and ISO strategy is communicated to Service staff on a routine basis. Responsible for recommending change and in some cases the re-allocation of resources on a temporary basis between Service areas as and when needed, with appropriate communication and final authorisation from the Emerging Markets Service ManagerResponsible for establishing SLA’s and priority customer (GSB) lists with Sales Managers. Setting, reporting and meeting agreed service levels aligned to market prioritisation. The prioritisation will be agreed in advance with the Europe Service Manager aligned to the key areas critical for success of the Business and Business planAttend and participate actively in Service Management meetings and projects as defined by Emerging Markets Service Manager.

Main requirements

Fuent EnglishShould have demonstrable service management experience within a Medical devices company, a proven record of success in programs assosiated with Staff and Instrument performance aligned to quantifiable measures.A track record of achieving change and action points with Finance indicators and Customer satisfaction measures.Leadership skills.Ability to influence effectively.Strong communication skills.Ability and willingness to challenge and lead change by example.Effective decision making skills.Highly collaborative approach.Knowledge of local and European service practices and ways of working.??????, ?????????? ?????, 9?1?, ?. ???????????????? ?? ?????
