Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Lead project planning in close collaboration with senior management and key teams.
-Create and submit necessary project documentation to initiate projects with key partners.
-Manage planning, execution and communication required for all custom installations, permanent enhancements or upgrades of existing store fixtures, and rollouts of new custom elements
-Responsible for ensuring visual merchandising presentation standards are achieved and maintained
-Drives planning and execution of visual changes in partnership with other store management team members
- Ensures stock area is organized to standard and processes are followed to drive a safe efficient flow of product to the sales floor
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the store strategy to reduce shrink
- Responsible for reporting accuracy of the physical inventory process, including planning, delegation and execution
- Ensures team has the brand strategy in place to ensure sales potential is achieved
- Gains business insight and creates action plans that improve execution and results in partnership with other store management.
- Supports, models and enhances all selling and sales support behaviors to ensure a seamless
customer experience
- Ongoing program review and identification and implementation of process improvements
- Analyzes customer experience reports and insights and mobilizes the team accordingly
- Drives customer loyalty through current brand strategies, including credit and customer relationship marketing
- Manages all activities related to providing a safe working environment
- Owns talent management of direct reports including onboarding, assessment, retention, career
development, succession planning and recognition
- Partners with human resources for the onboarding process to ensure teams are educated on operational standards.
- Communicates effectively with store management team, associates and peers
-Establishes sound operational policies and procedures
-Oversight of multiple locations.
-Ability to travel required.

Essential Skills:

*Ability to manage projects and rollouts with minimal disruption to operations
*Ability to understand commercial implications of decisions and influence key stakeholders
*Previous experience in meeting deadlines, and managing a budget.
*Able to build process and structure and adapt to evolving structure
*Strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners
*Project Management experience a must.
*Strong attention to detail, strong communicator and presenter of information
*Strong ability to negotiate
