Electrical & Instrumentation Foreman ( POWER PLANT )

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Carries out preventive maintenance servicing and repair of equipment and system such as generators, breakers, switchgears, motors, controls and protection;

station use and service transformers, motor control centers and panels;

lighting and service outlets and air conditioners.
Replace defective parts, bearings, accessories devices and insulations and lubricating oil;

conduct test and measures and/or carries out minor revisions on auxiliary equipment and control to improve efficiency, reliability and stability.
Provides assistance in troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of faulty system to minimize downtime.
Conduct physical inspection, periodic check-up and testing of auxiliary equipment, machineries, system, controls and protection following established checklist and forms.
Records maintenance activities, repair and adjustment data of auxiliaries on maintenance and equipment history cards.
Fabricates supports, boxes and fitting and installs new equipment or devices
Assists the Maintenance Head on maintenance and repair activities and performs other duties as may be assigned
Observes and abides by the applicable sections of the Corporate Safety Code (Safety Rules and Regulations) to maintain a safe work environment.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
College graduate
At least minimum of 2 year or more working experience in power plant maintenance.

Firefighting & First Aid Training
