Generous starting salary + benefits (after qualifying period). 10% commission on the gross margin on all charters sold to your clients. Key Purpose:?

You are responsible for building up customer relations and creating a client list by targeting

individual clients and companies who require executive chartering culminating in them using

the services of ACS.?

You are also responsible for the day-to-day management of your team ensuring they achieve

minimum deliverables that ultimately allow you to achieve your team budget.

Key Responsibilities:??

Managing team daily to ensure they are consistently effective and ultimately working to achieve annual team budgetLead from the front as an experienced broker acting as an example of best practice to your team Provide clear, timely communication to your team on all relevant mattersProviding training, coaching and mentoring to team members as they develop ensuring skill sets improveEnsuring your team develop effective customer basesLiaise with other team leaders regarding leadership ideas and challenges at assist with innovative problem solvingManage performance of team and liaise with HR regarding any issues that may need additional supportConduct reviews of team members to ensure their development is on-going and structuredReport any on-going performance issues to the boardCollect information and build up a contact list for potential clientsContacting potential clients to introduce our services to themCreate an awareness of our presence in this market Persuade customers to use our servicesDeveloping customer base and maintaining accurate information on the database to support this on an on-going basisClient relationship management on a regular basisMarketing to potential clients to ensure consistent client base growthEnsuring on-going effective relationships with customer baseHaving an expert understanding of the aircraft we use, their range, capacity, crewing etc. Ad Hoc and Commercial Jet brokeringTraining other team members as requiredAssisting team and manager with ad hoc projects as requiredMeeting deadlines for all projects

Skills and Experience?

Industry Knowledge?

Ideally educated to degree level in appropriate field (aviation, business studies, language, communications, Geography)? Senior management sales experience within aviation industry with aircraft operator or handler in a similar role Knowledge of the product in terms of aircraft types, availability, airports, handling agents etc.

Client / Supplier Relationship Management?

Demonstrate experience in managing relationships with astute customers Demonstrate the ability to deal with problems or challenges in a calm and professional manner Demonstrate experience of procurement or negotiation in order to obtain best value for Air Charter Service and its clients??

A passion for aviation is essential.? Additionally, we look for:?

Business verbal and written fluency in English and Russian is essential.
Successful new business sales achievement. Previous senior airline sales or charter brokering experience with large groups of passengers Must hold a driving licence Calm disposition and positive outlook, particularly when working under pressure. Flexibility to change and adapt working hours and patterns if necessary. Trustworthy and honest in all aspects of the role. Self - motivated and happy to work with a high degree of autonomy. Committed to the aims and objectives of Air Charter Service. Team player who appreciates the value of co-operation within the local and international ACS team. Tenacious and willing to keep trying in challenging situations. Adaptable and responds well to feedback and change. Imaginative and dedicated to finding new ways to improve working practices.
