Responsibilities:
New hire orientation and on-boarding programsCompensation and Benefits area / Time trackingLabor / Employment statutory compliancePerformance Review process admin and facilitationMaintain and update company HRM system databasesInterpret company policies and procedures, employee and contractor relationsRun company-wide surveys and disseminate important employee informationMaintain HR information and recordsManage work of C&B SpecialistCandidate requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of related HR responsibilitiesExperience in professional services industry is a strong plusFamiliarity and experience with maintaining the performance review and attestation processes in mature corporate environments is a strong plusExperience working with enterprise-level HR Management systems is a strong plusPractical knowledge of the Ukrainian labor law and related regulations, experience in maintaining employee and payroll filesAbility to analyze and use various business documents (contracts, policies, procedures, etc.)Must be tactful, mature, flexible, and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressuresEnglish at an Advanced level at a minimum, must be able to read / write / converse in EnglishWe offer:
