CUSTOMER RELATIONS SUPERVISOR


QUALIFICATIONS;
– ATLEAST 3-4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
– MUST BE COLLEGE GRADUATE
– WITH KNOWLEDGE IN DMS
– WITH CUSTOMER HANDLING SKILLS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In-charge of overseeing the day to day operation of the department and ensures its compliance with the company and the manufacturers requirements and standards.
In-charge of the monitoring and achievement of the departments Key performance Indicators as mandated by the management and by the manufacturer.
Responsible for report generation on a weekly / monthly basis or as per requirement for management / manufacturers review and assessment purposes.
In-charge of customer database monitoring, control and management.
In-charge of sales and service customer complaints monitoring and resolution.
Represents the department and the company on all internal and external meetings and assemblies.
In-charge of the monitoring of each individual performances of her subordinate.

Responsible for each subordinates coaching, training and development.
