2 x Well Test & Completion Engineer - Russia

An international operator currently requires 2 Well Testing and Completion Engineers (Back to back) to work onshore in West Siberia. This is a 7 month duration on a 28x28 rotation.

TYPE OF EXPERIENCE: Onshore West Sibera, Oil and Gas Wells, Testing & Completions Operations, Well Control (Valid IWCF certificate). Work experience with NOC and international Oil Companies.

MISSION:

Assist Russian BU Drilling Manager to manage the best in class Testing and Completions projects, under severe nortic weather conditions ensuring compliance with regulations and Company QHSE.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Good knowledge of gas wells testing and completions designs, equipment,two barriers aplications, risk analysis,preparations of operations programs,etc

- Good knowledge of well control best practices,

- Completion engineering and well planning competence,

- Expertise in EOR production operations, workover and completion methods

- Strong background in performance optimization studies involving workover and completion strategies,

- Expertise in working with Drilling, geoscientists, production and facilities engineers, and in preparing AFEs,

- Competency to plan, problem solve, organize, direct, and control,

- Testing and Completion Operations supervisory skills,

- expertise in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) software,

- and production databases (such as OFM),

- Proficiency in using PC and expertise in using commonly used well completion and production engineering softwares as Landmark or similar,

- Strong interpersonal skills for working in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural project teams. Must be a team player and able to work alone,

- Well-developed report writing and presentation preparation and delivery skills

- Proven understanding and application of continuous improvement processes,

- Working Conditions 70% Office at the base of operations, 30% Wellsite or as project requires,

- Operation base of the Project will be located in Tiumen.
