My Client is looking for someone that understands clients needs.
To act as a team Leader
To Develop Procedures

Senior Pipeline Engineer or Project Engineer
7-10 Years experience as a pipeline Engineer
Candidates must be able to liaise with the client and a Russian operations business, and prepare procedures for a pre-commissioning project offshore.

The project is an offshore line from onshore terminal to offshore loading buoy.

Person needs to be able to lead the drafting of these procedures.

Work will largely be in moscow with some time in croatia.

water winning, flood, clean, gauge, test, dewater experience is a must !!
