Project Manager Russia

Amoria Bond are looking for a Russian speaking Project Manager with solid international client facing telecom experience for a challenging position in the Netherlands or Moscow. The job is to manage technically complex customer software deployments & integrations to time/budget including pre-sales qualification through to project closure. To be successful you must be able to achieve goals in a controlled manner, manage stakeholder expectations and possess effective customer communication skills to C level management. You must be a 'can do' team player with ability to lead from the front and facilitate problem solving across teams where necessary. You will be responsible for delivering projects to Russian clients so you need to be able to speak/write native Russian and English!

Skills needed:
- Solid Project Management experience delivering complex customer projects in the telecom industry, in a matrix organisation
- Experience with projects in the Digital TV environment including satellite, cable, terrestrial operations and IP Internet broadband TV
- Working knowledge of various components of Digital television environments including Conditional Access, Billing Systems, Set Top Boxes design and deployment, Set Top Box Hardware and manufacturing, Middleware concept, VOD and PVR, User Interface design, online Media & Content Management systems, DRM technologies, Players (WMP/Silverlight/Adobe), Web Services
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (ideally in an AGILE environment)
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., PMP or Prince 2)
- You have excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- You have strong customer orientation skills, you are able to be firm and yet empathetic where required
- You have problem solving and prioritisation abilities to focus on core deliverables to keep projects on track
- You are able to deal with multiple vendor organisations globally distributed (both internal to the company and external) and 3rd parties
