Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to recruit for a Transaction Services Assistant Manager for the Moscow office. The firm's clients include leading companies and private equity houses internationally and in Russia. Previous experience of Transaction Support is not necessary.
The Role
Buy-side financial and Vendor due diligence and further analysis of business plans as appropriateDue diligence assistance in IPOsProvide advice on share-purchase agreements (drafting and negotiations)Provide short-term support to the M&A team as necessaryAnalyse business performance and KPI trends in order to understand the business driversUnderstand financial positions including leverage and balance sheet exposuresUnderstand IFRS and US GAAP and their impact on a transactionThe Candidate
