Lead Java Developer

The Development Lead will:
Manage the book of work of the team (review, analyze and report team progress, allocate tasks to developers etc)
Lead the development processes for the team, 
Collaborate with architects on application design
Ensure the code produced by the team is in line with target design
Identify opportunities for components reuse and innovation
Coordinate team operation with the department operation 
Coordinate team interaction with deployment and testing teams
Ensure software documentation is created and maintained
Work in partnership with the manager on staff development

Experience:
Strong Java server side development background, with focus on multi-threaded applications
Hands-on experience with distributed applications (DataSynapse knowledge is a plus)
Spring framework (spring-core and spring-batch)
UNIX knowledge
SQL

Other requirements:
Development team leadership
Strong written and oral communication skills to wide ranging audiences from offshore developers to traders are essential, English and Russian
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Working knowledge of the software development process including requirements analysis, design and documentation
Strong teamwork skills 

Working conditions:
Salary: 110.000-140.000 rub. net + bonuses, meals allowance, insurance
