Your Opportunity
As a Sr. Java Engineer, you will work on product sustenance issues for the Informatica Multidomain MDM Hub™. Your primary responsibilities will include: problem analysis, facing customers and support group to clarify issues they have, finding a root cause of the problem, providing estimations and fixes, communicating with QA. You will have to work with and quickly ramp up on various customer environments: operations systems, application servers, databases, etc.

Your Responsibilities
You will Work closely with Product Managers to define product and technical requirements, write functional and design specifications. In addition you will perform investigation and implementation (POCs). You should also be able to:
- Help with release planning by coming up with task breakdowns, estimates and deliverables
- Develop product features according to the project schedule and quality standards
- Communicate with various people in an international team

Required skills:
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science
- Strong knowledge of core Java and Servlets, JSP, JSF 1.2, AJAX
- Experience with J2EE Application Servers (WebLogic/WebSphere/JBoss)
- Experience in usage of Spring and Hibernate
- Strong understanding of Object oriented programming and design patterns
- Good understanding of SQL and database technology
- Upper-intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)

Experience:
- 3+ years of J2EE development
- Experience developing web applications with JBoss RichFaces is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus. If you are passionate about Agile then it is a definite plus.
- Experience with large data volumes is a definite plus
- Fluent English is a plus
