Senior Sales Support Agent - Moscow

The Position: Based in Moscow, you will provide sales support to the Sales Department by creating reservations, arranging ticketing and fare collection and resolving any booking problems. You will liaise with the Pricing department in head office to have the required fares approved and filed for sale to GDS as directed by the Sales Manager as well as preparing and sending notifications to the travel trade about new or changing fares.

You will handle trade and direct queries and draft responses for general commercial correspondence. When required, you will need to produce commercial reports using different Emirates' systems. You will also at all times undertake activities in a manner which protects the Emirates Group image, revenue stream and increases sales opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications: You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in an airline sales support role. You should be fluent in Airline Reservations and Ticketing as well as Microsoft Office. You must have a working knowledge of Corporate, Leisure and consolidator markets. You should be an effective communicator with fluency in Russian and English.
