Job Description:
* To achieve daily/weekly/monthly customer acquisition target inside and outside Payment Centre;
* To attract new-to-bank qualified PIL and CC customers in consistence with the Bank's business strategy;
* To ensure required level of service for in-coming customers, to consult customers on credit and banking products;
* To cross sell credit and banking products to eligible customers;
* To monitor portfolio and prevent delinquent accounts on daily basis;
* To educate customers about Bank's products and services, demonstrate the use of alternative channels and assist customers to migrate transactions to self service channels;
* To handle effectively, escalate, if required, and follow-up customer issues and complaints, use judgment to resolve minor customer concerns on the spot and deliver unmatched customer experiences;
* To receive, keep clear and personalized plastic (card embossing). Pass to customers and destroy plastic cards and customer's correspondence according to internal procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Outstanding sales skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong business planning and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Pro-active, self-motivated, willing to take responsibility
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experienced PC user
- Experience in sales / customer service
- Experience in financial services is preferable
- Knowledge of Retail banking products as a plus
