Lead Process Engineer

I am recruiting for a lead process engineer to be based in Russia (Moscow) on a staff basis with a leading EPC.

Candidates require:
15+ years experience in the downstream oil and gas sector
Specific refinery experience
Fluent Russian and Technical English Language essential
Good working knowledge of the relevant Russian standards
International project experience
Hydrocracker experience would be an advantage
