Territory Sales Manager, Russia

Our client, a leading manufacturer of hardware and software products for audio and music and production, is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager for Russia. The position is to work as an 'MI' market distribution specialist and the successful candidate will need to have a strong understanding of audio retail product sales and excellent local knowledge of Russia the CIS countries. In this role you will be responsible for driving demand and fulfillment within the MI retail sector throughout the region by developing, strengthening and improving reseller relationships within the Video and Audio retail markets as well as successfully integrating the company's retail category products into this geographical area.

You will be tasked with maintaining existing level of business, developing sales growth through local partners, implementing and supporting partner programs and strategies that sustain sales goal, analysing revenue trends and upholding a high level of forecasting accuracy as well as acting as 'subject expert' on all aspects of the audio products retail business within the territory. The successful candidate will be a proactive and entrepreneurial person with experience of retail sales (preferably within the audio techology or music products industry), a thorough understanding of the end user market and a high degree of intercultural competence and understanding of regional differences and market approaches within this region.
