Manufacturer of ATMs invites REGIONAL MANAGER RUSSIA to manage existing business and provide an effective leverage to the brand promotion with a number of Banks.
Goal: drive exclusive distributor performance to achieve aggressive targets, ensure service excellence + business development through networking among customers' management
Reports directly to Moscow based Country Manager and HQ General Manager
Directly manages a Moscow based team of 4-5 people (further to grow)
Job Description:
responsible for existing business management: direct sales channel and dealer, evaluation of dealer performance, dealer management and KPIs development.identifies new business opportunities and incentives for dealer business development.negotiates General Dealer Agreement Conditions: ensures Dealer performs at maximum.develops strong contacts and network in the Banking Sector to increase the Brand recognition.ensures smooth operations of Moscow team: sales, imports, technical service, finance.provides GM with accurate forecasts.reports on business metrics.
