A new opportunity has within a leading blue-chip organisation for an individual who can provide expertise on driving the talent management and performance agenda across the business. The role will involve leading talent management activity from identification, reporting and analysis of development needs and partnering with the leadership development and resourcing teams.
You will be implementing a rigorous process to the talent agenda and management the administration of the talent system to ensure the information is as accurate and as effective as possible. This person will manage a team of talent project managers and will be accountable for the process and techniques that are used to categorise and develop talent and ensure the information is valid to drive business performance.
