Online Marketing Specialist - Nitro - San Francisco, CA

Nitro is an exciting, high-growth company in the rapidly-evolving digital documents space. We are looking for an Online Marketing Specialist. This is a vital role in supporting the online presence of our rapidly growing Performance Marketing team. This Online Marketer role reports to the Online Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the key components of our online marketing and web analytics.

What you’ll be doing:
Drive acquisition and engagement for Nitro's performance marketing channelsTracking and measurement via online analytics our cross-functional initiativeManage all planning and execution of performance marketing programs including, campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, analysis, optimization, budget pacing and forecasting, keyword research and expansion, competitive benchmarking and strategic insightsUtilize data analysis to provide insights and tactical improvements to targeted campaigns/channelsIdentify new opportunities and strategies for scaling our performance marketing programsImplement testing programs to further increase user engagement and acquisitionCollaborate cross teams and functions to provide learnings and channel insightsProvide performance updates to marketing department and key decision makers within the companyWhat we’re looking for:
2 - 3 years of direct experience running online performance marketing campaigns with a proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns at different scaleGoogle Adwords Certification a plusGoogle Analytics Certification a plusKnowledge and understanding of global ad platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter etc)Familiarity with content management systems (Adobe CQ) and QA for websitesHTML and CSS experienceProficiency managing web analytics solutions including measurement setup, reports & dashboards (Google Analytics or other solutions such as Webtrends, Omniture)Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graphs, etc)Ability to share knowledge and collaborate across teams but also a self-starter and enablerFamiliarity with creating innovating and effective marketing strategies on multiple ad platformsExperience in defining audience targeting, structuring tests and producing out of the box solutions to help increase conversionsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, start-up environmentWho we are:
