Junior Finance Analyst Job (Moscow, Russia)

Description

Johnson&Johnson Consumer segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, wound care and women’s health care fields, as well as nutritional and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, and wellness and prevention platforms.

Now we are looking for Junior Finance Analyst with target start date on February (maternity leave role).

Main responsibilities:

Monthly Reporting:

- Net Total Sales and Trade Investments reporting and closing according to GAAP and corporate standards, calculation of accruals for off-invoice bonuses & trade promotion;
- Support of other Month End Closing processes

Planning & Controlling:

- Forecasting & Corrective Action Planning –To accurately reflects new developments and changes in the business environment
- Provide reports to Budget holders & Local Management

- Analysis of deviations and follow-up actions;
- Ensure that On- and Off-Invoice discounts are in line with company’s policies
- Calculation & control of actual compensation (volume bonuses) for distributors

Qualifications

Requirements:

- University degree in Economics, Finance or Management Accounting;
- 1-2 years of relevant and practical experience in international FMCG company;
- Finance background (understanding of P&L, Balance sheet structure + Management AccountingPrinciples/ GAAP or IFRS)
- MS Office advanced user (Excel; Access);
- Knowledge of SAP software will be a plus;
- Fluent English (spoken and written);
- Business-oriented personality;
- Good communication skills.
