Senior Software Engineer - MetaCommunications - Iowa City, IA

Requirements:

- 3+ years of programming experience.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the software development process.
- Solid software engineering skills.
- High motivation, self-initiative, and a 'can do' attitude.
- Desire to work in agile environment where everyone matters.

Any of the following skills are a plus:

- Expert knowledge of web technologies.
- Working knowledge of concurrent programming.
- Experience with relational databases and T-SQL.
- Experience in a leadership and mentoring role.

The Interview
