Key Responsibilities:
Develop business plan and set targets for Sales team and individual sales KPIs for BDM’sDevelop and grow customer base to maximize profitable revenue growthMonitor and control sales KPI’s for Sales team and respective target achievement for BDM’sManage and develop daily interaction between Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure high grade of service fully satisfying customer needs and their growing expectationsLead, Motivate and develop Sales team to maximize their sales resultsCoach and develop BDM’s by joint customer visits, acting as their role model to ensure utmost customer orientation and focus on achievement and self-developmentMaximize Company’s sales performance by contributing to and supporting its development strategy, corporate values and cultureMonitor competition and take measure to retain and increase competitive advantage and mitigate risksFocus on profitability and ensure pricing is aligned with the Company management and stays within agreed guidelinesContribute to planning and budgeting activities with emphasis to the market potential and respective growth leversEnsure positive relations and productive atmosphere within Sales team as well as collaborative attitude within a broader organizationRequirements:
University degree is a must (Bachelor or Master)Experience in Sales management/business development (4+ years)Experience in B2B sales and knowledge of B2C segment is an important plusExperience in mail / logistics industryExperience in working within a large group of companies is an advantageAwareness of eCommerce business/products is a plusQuick learner and willingness to develop over time is a mustAbility to work independently to reach ambitious targets, self driven is a mustCommunication skills and team work capability is a mustExcellent written and oral command of English and Russian is a mustGood computer skills is a mustRemunerations:
