Marketing Campaign Manager - Nitro - San Francisco, CA

Nitro is an exciting, high-growth company in the rapidly-evolving digital documents space. We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager. The Marketing Campaign Manager will play a critical role in the strategic development and execution of all emails for Nitro and will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.

What you’ll be doing:
Develop email strategy that achieves the online business objectives for both US, EMEA, and ANZDevelop and manage monthly email marketing calendar taking into consideration events, promotions, historical performance, and customer experience.Develop creative briefs and take project from kick off to QA. Responsible for reviewing, evaluating & providing relevant feedback to the copy and design team at project review.Develop circulation strategy using analytics to identify new segmentation approaches and/or refine existing customer segments.Brainstorm and generate new and innovative ideas for future email messages.Hindsight email performance (weekly, quarterly, and ad-hoc). Use hindsighting and other analysis to present key findings to broader online and in-store team, develop recommendations, and identify future implications.Analyze data at a granular level, summarize concisely, and report out key learnings. Distill trends from raw data.Develop and execute email test plans and share results across all levelsCross functional relationships and leadershipManage and maintain close partnership with Cross-brand Marketing teams, in-store Marketing team, Promotions team, CRM team, Merchandising, Creative, and Production.Filter, prioritize, and manage email requests from various parts of the company.What we’re looking for:
5+ years relevant Marketing experience.Experience with Marketing Automation platforms: Eloqua, Salesforce Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.Email experience required. Background in B2B industry preferred.Strong strategic thinking and solid analytical skills.Drive for innovation and strong sense of creativity.Effective leader with experience working with cross-functional teams and with various levels including senior management.Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.Must have strong Excel skills.Experience with online reporting (ex: Omniture) and CRM a plus.Who we are:
