Responsibilities:
Project manager on complex assignments in strategic advisory: strategy review and development, market assessment, optimization of product and asset portfoliosWorking on deal advisory engagements: commercial due diligence, integration and separation planning and implementation assistance, synergy evaluation, post merger integrationDesigning and executing strategic and financial analyses on prospective target companies and marketsConducting primary and secondary research to help our clients assess the impact of market dynamics and the competitive environment on target companiesParticipating in the design and delivery of interview programs with clients, customers and other potential industry participantsContributing to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables and marketing initiativesBeing involved in business development activityCoaching and supervising project teams.Requirements:
Degree from a leading university, possibly an MBA or PhD, strong academic recordAt least 5-6 years experience in a strategic advisory, strategic marketing, corporate finance or equity research in a strategy consultancy, B4 firm, investment bank or large corporationStrong strategic thinking skills and sound commercial acumen, pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem solvingFluent written and spoken English and Russian is a mustExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPersonal drive to deliver results within tight deadlinesEffective team playerStrong interpersonal skillsFlexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and work environments.
