Position Title: Market Access Manager
Division: Russia/ Customer Value Team
Reports To: Customer Value Team Leader
Overview:
The person in position is responsible to gather insights from an in-depth understanding of payers (customer) needs and the wider health care market and provide appropriate support to Customer Value and Operational teams to deliver commercial objectives. Work with global teams to ensure Russia needs are met.

Key Job Activities:
Strategic Planning
- To feed insight into the Payer engagement strategy and definition of critical success factors for Payer engagement
- Support the delivery of pricing strategies together with External Affairs Team
- Take an active role relevantly inputting during new product development. Develop objectives and key stakeholder network prior to launch
Marketing Planning
- Create appropriate marketing messages and campaigns from a market access perspective ensuring the brand management principles are considered
- Support the Marketers with preparation of the Brand plan in relevant therapeutic area
- Support Value Propositions creation. Support the delivery of appropriate materials to meet the customer needs e.g. value proposition and budget impact models
Operational Implementation
- Deliver marketing and sales goals in line with Brand plans
- Support and drive the training of analysis, tools, evidence, actions and programs to support and communicate the value propositions
- Project Management across department and key brands
Sales Force and Cross-functional Implementation
- Play an active part within brand and in-field teams and identify opportunities to work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver on brand objectives. Ensure field team are fully briefed on brand and major strategy, objectives and support tools
Knowledge
- Understand changes in customer environment and provide updates in a timely manner to Customer Value teams of events impacting the brand and suggestions for change on how the brand responds
- Understand stakeholder needs and requirements and how best to meet these whilst delivering Commercial Objectives
- To develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the health policy, state purchasing process.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications
Education: Higher in Economics/ Business/ Medical
Experience: 3+ years in a pharmaceutical company, previous MA positions is preferable
Knowledge: Deep understanding of health care environment, of key customer characteristics, payer mindset, motivators and purchasing processes
Additional Requirements
- Successful track record and experience in Product Management
- Ability to show leadership
- Intermediate use of MS Office
- Ability to analyze data to develop insights
- Ability to effectively communicate and sell to external/ internal stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate different strategic and operational actions
- Ability to monitor results and develop, propose and implement action plans
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, positive individual behavior
Location
The position will be based in Moscow. 60% field based
Travel:
The applicant would need to be prepared to travel
