Finance Analyst Job (Moscow, Russia)

Description

Johnson & Johnson (Medical Devices and Diagnostics Department) is looking for a strong candidate with communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, multi-task management and problem-solving abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting and budgeting
• Accurate transparent and timely internal management reporting
• Corporate reporting (sales, P&L, BS data, etc)
• Price volume calculation
• Leading pricing process (communication with suppliers; annual price review)
• Active participation and coordination of internal business plan process
• BP submissions to corporate systems
• Work closely with finance organization to support regular forecasting activities. Analyze forecast accuracy
• Demonstrate a good understanding of sales channels and business models; knowledge of product portfolio
• Provide analytical and ad-hoc support to management for advanced/periodic needs
Policy, Process & Quality Management
• Process Changes: Constantly evaluate current process and making recommendations for improvement, standardization and tools.
• Participate actively in change management efforts to implement better practices, new processes and improvements in systems and tools
• Review and update document existing processes, methods, forms and reports. Participation in SOX testing/internal audits

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

• High economic or financial education

• Advanced computer user (Excel, Word, PowerPonit)

• ERP systems active user (SAP knowledge is an advantage)

• Very good communication & negotiation skills, easy learning

• 2 – 3 years in accounting/finance

• Language proficiency: English, Russian

• Hard working, responsible, good analytical skills, result oriented, team player, stress resistant, self motivated, accurate with the numbers, capable to efficiently plan & prioritize tasks
