IC Channel Trade Marketing Manager (HoReCa)
Key responsibilities:
Active participation in annual business plan preparation for IC channelsDevelopment of marketing programs for IC national key customers to ensure profitable growth following national strategies within specific channelsLead, coordinate and follow up with IC NKA marketing team on customer plans and results via analyzing internal and external dataClose cooperation and work with NKA sales department and NKA supportive functions ensuring effective cross functional team and routinesConnect and build relationships with Key Account customers in IC channels, understand their business models, and influence key decision makers to enhance collaboration capabilities with CCHProvide to management and cross functional team with insights on results and KBIs within channels and for specific customersRequirements:
Higher education (Economics, Management, Marketing),5 years experience in Marketing or Commercial functionsEnglish language ,Knowledge of, Excel, PowerPointStrong communication and leadership skillsWe offer:
