Our client is leading FMCG company is looking for Trade marketing manager
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of promotion programs of the company in main trade channels;TM strategies for brands, planning and implementation of trade marketing programs to support current brands;Budgeting, usage and control of TM budget;Development and organization of POSm, promo-forms, promo-stands production (brief, technical order, production and implementation)Cooperation with brand managers, key account and sales managersAnalysis and forecasting of sales during TM eventsForecast of effectiveness and ROI of planned actions and analysis vs actual resultsActive participation in development of new product launch plans and activities in her or his sphere of responsibility with further implementationDevelopment of merchandising standards including POSm placement.Trainings for sales and promo staffAnalysis of market data and the elaboration of corresponding proposalsReports and presentations for promo events, BTL programs, etcYou role will involve:
Experience in trade marketing and new products launches in a foreign FMCG company in Russia of at least 3 years,Proven track record of successful BTL and TM projects implementation, experience in coordination of National trade marketing activitiesGood knowledge of national and local chains specificsHaving sales knowledge and experience is an advantageFluent EnglishInitiative and proactive approachAbility to identify challengesFocus on results,Good communication skillsDesire to grow professionally and potential for further growth.
