Program Manager - Confirmit - New York, NY

We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to work in a team environment in the management and coordination of multiple customer feedback solutions for multiple clients. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with team members at all levels across the organization, and has good analytic and problem-solving skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for the following:
Working with the Program Management team in managing and supporting all aspects of client projects from inception to completion; Developing sampling strategy and survey business rules; Maintaining/Updating all project documentation; Managing and monitoring ongoing survey deployments; Coordinating and testing survey program changes; Scheduling and timeline management; Assisting with client training on the Confirmit Horizons and CustomerSat real-time survey, analytics and case management systems; Solving day-to-day data/respondent/client issues working in collaboration with other team members; Working in the Confirmit Horizons and CustomerSat systems to build and configure survey and report solutions; Designing and setting up interactive dashboards for executives and other users throughout our clients' organizations; Assisting Senior Researchers and preparing reports/presentations.
Job Qualifications:
5-7 years project management experience, including project coordination and process development experience in a high-volume, fast turn-around environment; PMI/PMP Certification; Excellent English communication skills (written and oral); Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Working knowledge and experience with website development tools and scripting languages; Able to problem-solve and create logical solutions; Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, some with tight deadlines; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Bonus Points:
Experience with online survey or business intelligence software; Background in market or customer loyalty research; Master’s Degree.
