Responsibilities:
Manage the supply of direct materials in relation to the production programProvide precise and timely information to clients regarding the execution of ordersCapable of developing production feasibilities for each line, evaluating hourly machine capacities, all necessary human and time resources, and the availability of materialsPlan and manage delivery schedules in line with relevant project sales and purchasing, optimising costsMonitor stock levels, analysing any variations from the standard in the use of direct materialsManage the internal flow of direct materialsCoordinate warehouse activity. Propose methods for reducing handling times and optimizing the use of warehouse spacePlan and manage periodical physical inventories, plus any related corrections or rectifications in warehouse inventorySpecific knowledge and competencies:
Good knowledge of written and spoken EnglishComputer skills: Windows applications, knowledge of data management systems (preferably SAP)General knowledge of administrative processesApplied/tacit knowledge of methods and problems specific to warehouse management is an advantagePersonal profile:
