Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze information about the product and related services in the pre-launch stage to prepare input for localizing training concepts, service concepts and spare parts inventory. All within the boundaries set by pan-European policy.Closely monitor the product/software and service technical performance during the introduction phase of the product and give detailed feedback on structural technical problems in the field both to local service management and Canon Europe Service Materials GroupStudy Symptom Cause Action (SCA) feedback from the field, analyse and propose actions to improve the yieldPost-sales support (2nd level support) targeted resolution of specific customer problemsSecond line Helpdesk to end-users within their own countryDeliver workshops and technical training classes as an instructor or trainer.Engineer coaching

Requirements:

Education in engineeringExperience in a field related to service job or technical marketing job within the CIG area.Experience in assisting and mentoring technical field staff.Capability in English written and oralAble to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the service operations.Capable of thinking beyond boundaries of national operations.Customer focus.Focus on product performance and improvement
