Description
Johnson & Johnson Medical Ltd. is looking for a strong candidate with communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, multi-task management and problem-solving abilities. The candidate must have leadership skill and be able to work under business stress conditions.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy: to plan and build a differentiated and clearly positioned brand that engages loyal end users and strengthens market foothold
• Set up positioning approach based on competitive differentiation and customer’s benefits of business’s products and technologies;
• Apply global segmentation approach to cater to local branding needs;
• Set up branding strategy based on all of the above and develop implementation plan and results measuring tools.
End User Insights & Analytics: to identify end user insights and market trends, assist to establishing relations with end users that enhance delivery of marketing strategy and business results
• Set up and manage data base for managing feedback collection, aggregation and analysis coming from end users and other market stakeholder including, but not limited to, government agencies; and
• Provide market expertise and drive end user oriented approach.
Marketing Planning and Execution: to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to effectively achieve business goals
• Provide marketing support for business’s products and technologies;
• Elaborate, plan and execute product promotion; and
• Facilitate marketing portions of business planning, brand message communication, pricing and selling execution.
Marketing Communication: to frame a story and align others to a business development outcome
• Provide persuasive selling and communication methods to all business unit functions;
• Lead cross functional and regional communication; and
• Manage external agencies and partners.
Business and Financial Acumen: to manage brands compliantly and with financial acumen through the application of appropriate rules, guidelines and financial principals
• Develop and manage marketing budget;
• Manage marketing portion of P&L
• Align (allocate) resources with other business’s functions; and
• Apply HCC policy and standards to marketing
Launch Excellence: to commercialize a product in a manner consistent with the NPD process that achieves peak sales in a timely manner and delivers sustained business growth
• Manage marketing portion of new products registration and bring to market roadmap development;
• Foster global teaming across different functions and regions; and
• Develop and implement comprehensive new product launch strategies.
Qualifications
Professional Expectations:
• Marketing university degree or equivalent graduate degree(s)
• Strong track record in marketing (three years and more preferred);
• Teamwork orientation;
• Ability to work under pressing deadlines; and
• Multitasking skills.
