Employee’s functions:
The Berkut Administrative Assistant works under the direction and supervision of the OIM and DS.The Berkut Administrative Assistant must have adequately demonstrated through on-the-job experience or a previous assignment or Training an ability to competently and safely perform their duties.Administrative Assistant must demonstrate general knowledge of the Office duties, personnel and administrative practices associated with an Office environment and ability to make sound decisions.Employee’s job duties:
Continually reviewing and improving administrative processes for efficiency and productivityManage travel and approvals for Personal to/ from Berkut PlatformPreparation of correspondence, reports and presentations as requiredPlan and organize meetings/sessions including agenda preparation, itineraries, and have some knowledge of logistics such as video and teleconferencing setupCoordination of offsite meetings and travel arrangements as requiredCoordination of various monthly, weekly, and ad hoc meetings and other administrative matters and departmental activities/eventsMaintain confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence, statistics and related material for ease of retrievalCoordinate travel and accommodations for ManagementMaintain SharePoint – creation, training and postings as necessaryCasual translation and interpretation services for non-official conversation with staffMaintain Tracking logs (prescriptions) for Regulatory, Safety and OIMS assessmentsPerform other Duties as assignedEducation required:
The ability to speak, read, and writes the English / Russian language.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
Relevant work experience:
3 years experience in Administrative Assistant Role or relevant areaDiploma or higher education?????? ?????????, ???????? ?????
