Production Foreman

Our requirements

• More than 3 years experience in a similar position
• Technical studies
• Good IT knowledge
• Fluent in English (German language can be consider a plus)
• Good organizing/communication skills, ability to work in/with a team
• Ability to work under stress
• Available to travel outside the country for trainings

Your Responsibilities
• Achievement of the production flows together with the Production Manager
• Planning the production orders
• Responsible for the storage management of the raw materials
• Responsible for the measure to be take in the event of deviations from quality
• Planning regular maintenance processes together with the Production Manager
• Employees management (talks, warnings, appraisal notes, training, development)
