Head of Risk Manager
The position Risk-Manager is open in the international Bank. This Bank has the right to conduct various banking transactions with corporate legal entities, residents or non-residents of the Russian Federation.
Responsibilities:
Leading/running/managing Risk Managment Depertament including ALM.Identification, assesment, monitoring & reporting of varios risks to which bank may be exposed.Putting-up periodic (monthly/quaterly) risk reviews to the appropirate authority, mainly in the areas of credit, market, operational & liquity risk & ALM.Preparation of Proffessional Judgment/CRA analysis on Legal Entities, resident Banks, Foreign (non-resident) Banks, Individuals at prescribed intervals.Review of risk policies at an annual interval or earlier.Elaborating, introducing and improving new internal Policies and updating existing internal Policies in risk managment area, methodologies and risks assesment models.Conducting scenario analysis, back-testing, stress-testing.Timely identification, estimation and managment of risks recognized material ones by the Bank.Setting-up and periodoc revision of limits upon structural risk of Bank.Preparing periodic risks rmanagment reporting for top managment and Participants of the Bank.Consulting top managment and officer of the Bank on risk managment matters.Analyzing current situation in economy and bankinf sfere in general & Russia particular and duly intorming top managment and officers of the Bank.participating in preparation of analytical notes to Participants of the Bank in the areas of ALCO, RSM, Concentration-Rsk, IT-risk.
